We are the Nation’s leading manufacturer of plant-based proteins and are looking for a talented Logistics Coordinator III for our logistics team.  This full-time position acts as the primary point of contact with our customers; assisting with all aspects of product fulfillment from order entry and management to coordinating shipments, all while maintaining excellent customer service. We’d expect you to thrive in a dynamic environment, where hard work and having fun are encouraged.

What you’ll do:

  • Receive phone calls and emails from suppliers and customers maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Process both domestic and international orders, coordinating and monitoring shipments according to vendor agreements.
  • Manage and coordinate shipping and deliveries with carriers, 3PLs and customers
  • Manage 3PL inventory by creating forecasts, monitoring demand and accurately tracking/reconciling on hand inventory.
  • Plan inbound 3PL orders based on inventory needs.
  • Answer questions and resolve customer complaints/issues.
  • Serve as mentor to your team.
  • Recommend changes in operational methods and procedures for overall improvement.
  • Analyze and recommend changes to improve external partner performance.
  • Assist with maintaining database information as needed.
  • Provide reports to management as needed.
  • Assist Management Team with related duties. 

What skills and education you’ll need:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret a diverse array of documents.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Strong computer skills and aptitude.
  • Ability to work individually and in a team environment.
  • Basic math skills, accounting skills preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 3 years related experience in warehousing and/or logistics.
