Work behind the scenes as an experienced Mt. Hood Meadows Line Cook! We are in search of Line Cooks with kitchen experience to join our Culinary Team of seasoned professionals.

$20-$23 per (DOE) Hour + TIPS

Culinary Line Cooks are provided a free daily shift meal.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 18 years of age Minimum
  • 3 years of line cooking experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • Current food handlers’ card or ability to obtain
  • Must be able to commit working weekends and holidays during the winter ski season
  • Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of seasonal business

Preferred

  • Experience in menu development
  • Understanding of food costing and inventory controls
